05 / Intelligence

KevlarTrace.
Know before.
Know after.

The intelligence company of the Kevlar group. We take the cameras, sensors, access logs and control room data you already have and turn them into intelligence you can act on: before an incident, during it, and after it.

The starting point

Same systems.
New answers.

Most sites already generate more information than anyone reads. KevlarTrace does not begin by selling you new equipment. It begins by reading what you already own.

CamerasExisting CCTV, thermal and ANPR feeds, any make.

Access and visitor logsWho was on site, when, and through which point.

How it works

Before. During. After.

Three points in the life of an incident where intelligence changes the outcome.

01 / Before

Threat and risk intelligence

Understand what is likely to happen to your site, your routes and your people before it does.

  • Site and route threat profiling
  • Pattern analysis across your own incident history
  • Regional and industry early warning briefings
  • Persons and vehicles of interest, lawfully compiled
02 / During

Live intelligence support

When something is happening, the control room and the ground team get context, not just an alert.

  • Real-time analyst support to the Kevlar control room
  • Cross-referencing live events against known patterns
  • Direction to armed response and site teams
  • Continuous capture for later reconstruction
03 / After

Reconstruction and evidence

What happened, in what order, who was involved, and what it will take to stop it happening again.

  • Footage recovery and timeline reconstruction
  • Evidence packs for insurers, SAPS and internal hearings
  • Loss and shrinkage investigation
  • Written findings with corrective recommendations
Who it's for

Operations with something to lose.

Mining

Cable and product theft, illegal mining activity, contractor and access control.

Logistics and warehousing

Route risk, hijacking patterns, shrinkage and inside involvement.

Retail landlords and retailers

Organised retail crime, repeat offenders across sites, tenant and staff incidents.

Estates and corporates

Access abuse, insider threat, executive and site risk profiling.

Governance

Within the law.
Every time.

Intelligence work is only useful if it holds up. KevlarTrace operates within the Protection of Personal Information Act and the Regulation of Interception of Communications Act. We do not intercept communications, and we do not conduct surveillance outside what the law permits.

Evidence is collected, stored and handed over in a way that keeps it admissible. Reports are written to be read by a client, an insurer, a disciplinary chair or a court, not just a security manager.

Kevlar Risk is registered with PSIRA. Details of registrations and cover are available on request.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is KevlarTrace?

KevlarTrace is the intelligence company of the Kevlar group. It turns the cameras, sensors, access logs and control room data you already have into intelligence you can act on: threat and risk profiling before an incident, live support to the control room during it, and evidence-grade reconstruction afterwards.

Do I need to install new equipment?

No. KevlarTrace starts from the systems you already run. Where a gap is identified, Kevlar Risk can close it, but the intelligence service does not depend on new hardware.

How does KevlarTrace work with Kevlar Risk?

Kevlar Risk designs, installs and monitors. KevlarTrace reads what those systems produce and tells you what it means. Clients of the Kevlar control room get intelligence support as part of an incident; clients on other systems can engage KevlarTrace directly.

Is this compliant with POPIA and RICA?

Yes. All work is conducted within POPIA and RICA. We do not intercept communications or conduct surveillance outside the law, and evidence is handled so that it remains admissible.

How do I start?

Request a confidential consultation with Stacey Sacks. A first engagement is usually a single-site intelligence review with a written findings report.
